- One time setup fee $750 (includes infrastructure security leaks and flaw analysis)
- Each device to be monitored requires a probe (minimum 3 per project) add $5 each/month
- Elite server support add $50/month
- All projects resolved on-line included in monthly contract
- Backup, disaster recovery and data recovery
- Server backup appliance $850 (required for quick crash recovery)
- Monthly unlimited cloud backup $129/month (required for disaster recovery)
- Printer maintenance and toner supply
- Toner competitive pricing includes free delivery
- Hardware repair rates on-site (after 1 included on-site service call)
- On-site service $75/hour (regular hours 9-4)
- Shop service $50/hour (regular hours 9-4)
- Laser printer on-site repair $125
- Network infrastructure (including cabling, patch panels, firewall, wireless router)
